Skype for Business does not show text in IM. User A emails 'Hello' to user B. User B sees the notification, clicks accept, and the IM opens, with no text in the IM window. User B replies 'Did you say something?' And still doesn't see text in the IM. User A replies 'Yes', User B still doesn't see text. If User B then goes and hits the IM chat button in lower left hand corner, it twice, the conversation texts all show for that IM.
