Mac Email Create Email For Unread Emails
David, I work at a K-8 school and we’re moving from Office2004 to 2011. Any pointers on how to set things up properly so messages appear in the SENT folder? I’ve just moved the first two users at my school to Office11 (imap) and alas, the sent folder is completely empty. I can mess with the filters a bit and see the sent items appear but they are gone if I click off of the sent box and then return back to it.
I can also go to: Outlook, preferences, accounts, advanced, folders, sent, store sent messages in this folder, chooseThen choose your sent folder for the account. However, this only seems to work from the time I make the change onwardand then the sent item appears as unread. Perhaps if this is changed at the time the account is imported it will save all sent items there. So, after reading some of your work I’ve decided that you’re the guy smart enough to save me this time.

Nov 12, 2018 I recently upgraded from Outlook for Mac 2011 to 2016. I have organized my default view to be 'From' (or by sender). In Outlook 2011, when I received a new email from someone, their name would be in bold, and a number would appear next to their name signifying how many unread emails I had from that person. The Mail app for iPhone and iPad lets you create mailboxes, mark emails, and even create VIP lists for extra-special contacts, but it can get easily confusing when there are so many buttons and shortcuts you can take.

🙂 I know this isn’t quite the specific thread or forum for this but I thought I’d throw it out there.
To create email account you will only need a few minutes and it's easier than ever. When you are about to create free email account at mail.com there are few things worth considering. First of all, before you create email account think of your username. The Apple Mail on my son's iMac 5, running OS X 10.6.8, shows the number of unread messages (9), but if I click on InBox, the messages themselves don't show up in the main window. This suddenly happened, and none of his old, read messages show up either.
By default, Outlook displays the number of unread messages on most Mail folders. That’s handy on the “Inbox” folder, but what if you want to know how many total messages (unread and read) there are in other folders, such as the “Deleted Items” folder or? It could be helpful to know when you get so many messages in your “Deleted Items” folder that you should empty it, or how many messages are in your custom “Pending Reply” folder waiting for you to take action and send replies. You can change which Mail folders show unread messages and which show total messages. We’ll show you how. Unread messages on a Mail folder display as a bold, blue number next to the folder name, as shown below. When you change the message count setting for a folder in your “Favorites”, the change applies to the folder in both places: the “Favorites” and the Mail folder list. NOTE: You cannot change the message count property for multiple Mail folders at the same time. You must change it one folder at a time.
